My Most Used Reading White Noise Videos

|

If you’re like me, then it doesn’t take much to agitate you when reading. A slight murmur of someone in the other room, the muffled noise of the television downstairs, your phone going off, or even just the neighbour’s yappy dog – it’ll drag your mind away from the book before you.

In many cases, you’re going to need a solid pair of noise-blocking headphones (personally, I use a wireless HyperX Cloud Stinger Core headset). If you have a good budget, you can also get active noise-cancellation headphones, which will do their best to eliminate external noise. Honestly, such things aren’t super necessary. The most important thing is that you can cut out the vast majority of the surrounding disturbances.

Either way, here are some videos I use (the first one is my go-to):

Great if you like rain and wind ambient noise!
If you’re fond of the sounds of people coming and going, as well as quiet jazz music, try this!

(Sadly, YouTube took down some of the other videos I originally had listed in here. That’s a shame.)
